Ethan Rowbury

I’m a proud Utah County local, born and raised in American Fork. My roots in real estate run deep — my father owned a brokerage here, and from a young age, I was part of the business. Whether it was cleaning out foreclosed homes, maintaining rental properties, or filing paperwork, I grew up learning the ins and outs of real estate firsthand. That early experience shaped not only my work ethic but also my passion for helping others navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives: buying or selling a home.

My love for Utah goes beyond real estate. I grew up hunting, fishing, and camping with my dad, and I still take every chance I get to enjoy the outdoors — whether it’s rock climbing in American Fork Canyon, snowboarding in the winter, or casting a line on a quiet river. Utah is a special place, and I feel lucky to live and work in a community that offers so much.

I also spent two years living in Mexico doing volunteer service. That time helped shape who I am today — it gave me a deep appreciation for Mexican culture, food, and music, and it taught me how to connect with people from all walks of life. I became fluent in Spanish, which has helped me serve a broader range of clients, and more importantly, I learned how to listen, support, and guide others through meaningful decisions.

Real estate isn’t just a career for me — it’s a family legacy, a way to serve my community, and a chance to share everything I love about living in Utah.
